Writing about a ban wave in progress? Tell us what happened, when your account was banned, which payment method and country you used, and what Anthropic (or another vendor) told you. Anonymized reports from affected users are how we keep the guides accurate — your details are never published without permission.
Spotted an error in one of our guides? Send the page URL and what should change. Appeal and refund processes change quickly during an active ban wave, and corrections go live fast.
